With many of these aircraft in commercial use such as sight-seeing, skydiving, etc, trends related to availability and pricing are both beginning to stabilize as the world continues to recover from the impact of COVID-19. The current playing field is now more balanced for buyers and sellers.

While inventories of pre-owned 208B EX aircraft have nearly doubled over the past six months, price has remained stable. This phenomena consistently places new-from-factory aircraft as a serious consideration for buyers, and sellers should be aware that the residual value of their aircraft puts them in competition with the OEM in the marketplace.
